Mary works with the Chief People Officer as well as senior leaders and managers across the business to plan, design and deliver on all HR & organisational development requirements that drive delivery of business priorities.
Mary, leads our Business Partnering team and is a senior advisor to members of the Executive and their management teams, supporting on all people related matters. Mary also provides advice and guidance to managers on all elements of colleague lifecycle. This includes supporting the development and implementation of Murgitroyd’s organisational development frameworks; including pay & grading, reward & recognition, performance management and talent and succession planning as well as overall colleague well-being. Further activity revolves around employee relations management, payroll, working with the OD and ad hoc project planning & delivery as required.
Mary also plays a key role in supporting the HRBP and Admin teams in their development and delivery of the colleague lifecycle and is a Business Partner to the Impact and ED&I Leads of our Impact Group (ESG).
