Gabrielle Radault
Senior European Patent Attorney
Gabrielle Radault joined Murgitroyd in April 2020 and is based in our York office. Gabrielle is part of the electronics team.
Gabrielle graduated as an engineer from ESPCI (Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles) in Paris. After a six-month research internship in the USA (New-Jersey), Gabrielle graduated with a five-year degree in electronics from the Sorbonne Université.
After working as a hardware components programmer in a design office, Gabrielle entered the IP profession in the Paris office of a US law firm. She then worked for four years in the high-tech department of a large patent attorney firm in Paris after which Gabrielle became Partner in another Paris-based IP practice.
Gabrielle has now more than 17 years’ experience in the intellectual property field. She is well versed in a variety of technologies, mainly in mechanics and electronics. Highly skilled in all aspects of Intellectual Property – patent drafting, European and International proceedings, her practice includes prosecution, opposition, infringement, product clearance, inventorship and ownership issues, licensing, portfolio management, and opinion work.
