Allison Rackliff

Allison Rackliff is an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal who has worked in the industry for over 25 years. Allison joined Murgitroyd as part of the acquisition of the renowned trade mark practice Castles in 2005.

Allison is a key member of our Trade Mark Paralegal team. Day-to-day, Allison works closely with clients and overseas associates in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trade mark applications worldwide. Allison is responsible for monitoring and reporting deadlines, preparing and filing TM formalities documents at the UKIPO and WIPO, including recordal of transfers and changes to the registers, as well as preparing IP schedules and assisting with trade mark watching services.

Allison is based in our London Croydon office.
