Jacqueline Cicognola

Jacqueline Cicognola joined Murgitroyd in 2010 and is based in our office in Nice, France.

She is a CIPA qualified patent paralegal and works alongside our attorneys in supporting clients throughout the patent process from filing to grant in a number of jurisdictions as well as assisting our other departments in French related matters such as our renewals and validation teams. In addition to dealing with formality requirements for patents and patent applications worldwide, she assists clients with tracking the status of their patent portfolios and the associated costs and ensures that bespoke administrative arrangements requested by clients are implemented and maintained.

Jacqueline’s experience also extends to providing support in the prosecution of plant variety rights before the Community Plant Variety Office.
