Jessa Butler

Jessa, is a member of the HR team reporting to the Chief People Officer. She supports the executive team, senior leaders and colleagues across Murgitroyd to deliver and embed the organisational development aspects of our People Strategy. Ensuring that we are best placed to support delivery of our strategic and operational objectives through best practice methods, tools and process.

This includes helping to establish the optimal working culture across Murgitroyd; underpinned by our values of Trust, Unity and Confidence. Jessa is also central to the development of team and individual capability through leading on our various learning and development activities.
