Prachi Sharma joined Murgitroyd in 2022 as a Trade Mark Paralegal, where she demonstrated her expertise in IP law. Her role involved filing trade mark applications with UK and international offices, managing IP portfolios, and maintaining client communications. Her dedication and proficiency in handling complex IP matters included a secondment to a large private client, where she worked on contentious IP issues and collaborated with foreign associates.

Building on this experience, Prachi also qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales in May 2024. She is now progressing towards full qualification as a Trade Mark Attorney, further solidifying her position as a specialist in intellectual property.

Her commitment to professional growth and her deep expertise in the field of IP law, make her a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of intellectual property protection.

Prachi became a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney in October 2024.
