How we use the feedback

We actively listen to the feedback from our clients and additionally, we use an expert third-party specialist with dedicated software to capture, monitor and analyse client responses, so our clients are assured all their feedback is considered and acted upon with great care.

As a result of the feedback we receive, we regularly share service enhancements to our community and recognise colleagues that go above and beyond for their clients in their service delivery.
